Step into the very epitome of indoor/outdoor living.
Nestled amidst the lush desert greenery of Sedona, Arizona, this property offers 7,500 Sq Ft of living space, partitioned into several smaller 1,500 Sq Ft buildings.
As you approach the gated entrance, directly ahead of you at the opposite end of the property is a waterfall gracefully cascading into the pool, setting the tone as you enter through the gates.
The first building to the left of the entrance is intended to be a sprawling chef's kitchen. Adorned with every amenity and both formal and informal dining spaces. Just beside it, an herb garden offers a supply of fresh herbs.
The primary bedroom, located in the next building over, is a true sanctuary for the owners to retreat. Enter through a foyer and discover an expansive primary bathroom and a massive double closet, a testament to luxury and comfort.
Beyond the primary bedroom lies the charming "casita.” With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two closets, each bedroom boasts its own entrance, sharing only one wall that artfully separates the spaces.
As you make your way across the bridge, over the pool, you will find a versatile gym and office space - doubling use as a bedroom, complete with a bathroom and closet.
Venturing further, you'll discover an expansive outdoor gathering space, thoughtfully designed with a built-in bbq, fireplace, and ample room for outdoor dining.
Lastly, making your way back towards the entrance, where you will find a grand living room, with room for plush seating and a dedicated movie room.
At the heart of it all, a "living pool" awaits, adorned with a sandy beach on one side, and gracefully merging into a grassy area on the other, inviting you to unwind.
